Marketing operations you host yourself, for every brand you run.

Growth OS puts CRM, marketing automation, newsletters, social, analytics and local listings behind one sign-in, with a hub that lets you ask questions across all of it. Built from open source. Hosted in the EU.

Who it is for

Agencies that run marketing for several clients, and businesses that run several brands. Each client or brand is a tenant with its own data, its own tools and its own members. You switch between them from one hub and nothing leaks across.

Six capabilities, one hub

  • CRM

Contacts, companies and pipeline per tenant, with consent recorded on every contact.

  • Marketing automation

Email journeys, forms and scoring that run on your own instance.

  • Newsletters

Lists, templates and sends with the numbers back in one place.

  • Social

Plan and publish across networks from one calendar per brand.

  • Analytics

Privacy-respecting web analytics, one website per brand, one warehouse for all of it.

  • Local listings

Name, address, hours and photos pushed to Google, Bing and Apple. Reviews pulled in, replies drafted for you to approve.

Ask Growth

Pick a brand and a date range and ask a plain question. The hub gathers traffic, campaign and funnel numbers from the warehouse and answers with what changed and why. It works from aggregates. Contact details never reach the model.

One-click campaign

Choose a brand, a goal, a segment and the channels you want. You get a landing page, an email sequence and posts per network as drafts in the tools you already use, ready to edit before anything goes out.

EU hosting and GDPR

Everything runs on servers in Helsinki. Each tenant has its own database rows, protected by row-level security, and its own instances of the tools that cannot share. Consent is recorded per contact. Data subject requests have a form, a deadline and an execute button. Retention rules delete what you no longer need. Every change writes to an audit log you can read.

The source is open. You can run the whole thing on your own box if you prefer.
